Tiramisu: This decadent indulgence starts off with a light chiffon cake that is soaked with a sweet espresso syrup, then smothered with rich dark chocolate ganache. Then a light Mascarpone cheese mousse is prepared and spread between the layers to create a sweet traditional treat that will please any crowd.
